VSUN SOLAR's Environmental and Water Disclosure Scores Upgraded by CDP in 2023

Global environmental crises are unfolding before our eyes: biodiversity and ecosystems continue to decline at an alarming rate and 2023 was officially the hottest year on record. CDP disclosure and scores play a key role in keeping companies on a journey of continuous environmental improvement.

Out of the 23,200+ disclosed companies to CDP questionnaires in 2023, the first company in Vietnam to disclose environmental transparency to stakeholders through CDP platform, VSUN SOLAR proudly announces the significant improvement in its environmental and water disclosure scores, as assessed by CDP in 2023. VSUN is showing evidence of managing its environmental impact but is not undertaking actions that mark it out as a leader in its field based on the reports.

The scores are showing VSUN is on the road towards operating in line with a 1.5-degree and water-secure future. By disclosing over consecutive years, VSUN is working on the trajectory of the environmental journey.

VSUN's participation in the carbon disclosure project is not merely because of VSUN's concern for climate change and the sense of responsibility but also can sort out the company's carbon emission management again with the help of CDP, which also has a positive effect on self-monitoring, and on promoting VSUN's management system.
