The role will is responsible for, but not limited to the following tasks:
§ Producing financial reports including balance sheet, P&L, cash flow, and budgeting;
§ Bank reconciliations, accounts payable/ accounts receivable, and processing company credit card payments;
§ Completion of monthly superannuation reconciliation and payments;
§ Providing assistance with payroll tax and work covering reporting requirements;
§ Ongoing maintenance of the company asset register and tagging of company assets;
§ Assistance with the annual audit of the company asset register;
§ Maintenance of company / employee travel diaries in accordance with company guidelines;
§ Timely filing of accounting, bookkeeping information, and company records;
§ Assisting internal and external stakeholders with accounts related enquiries;
§ Contributing to identifying efficiencies in the accounting and bookkeeping function.
§ Bachelor or above degree in Finance, Accounting, or related area;
§ CPA/ ACCA would be considered an asset;
§ Must have excellent forecasting ability;
§ Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic changing multi-priority environment;
§ Mature, credible, and comfortable in dealing with senior management;
§ Thorough understanding and demonstrated ability to use ERP/Financial IT packages and Microsoft Office;
§ Ability to work unsupervised at times and show initiative;
§ Strict maintenance of confidentiality;
§ Mandarin fluency is mandatory – English is a plus.
