Basic Qualifications:


●Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field (eg. Engineering, Quality)

5+ years of experience in Quality, Manufacturing and/or Engineering with a minimum of 2 years in the solar manufacturing industry


Preferred Qualifications:

Creative troubleshooting skills

Able to craft clear communications

Computer skills- Proficient in Word, Power Point, Excel, Access, Project

Possess Excellent Judgement and professional maturity

Analytical Skills

Demonstrated ability to interface with all levels of management and external customers (DCMA, FAA)

Ability to lead projects, develop and mentor other leaders

An understanding of P&W Quality Procedures, Quality Management Systems, AS9100 and Regulatory Agency Requirements

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to facilitate and motivate teams

Supervisory experience preferred

Knowledge and experience with root cause and process control tools

Experience in using ACE tools to make process improvements

Experience with SAP and other IT Quality systems desired

ASQ certification is a plus
